Ingredients:
- 1k chicken, washed, dried and cut into desired sizes
- 1 green papaya / 4 potatoes, cut into cubes
- chilli leaves / malunggay
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp ginger, cut into strips
- 3-4 cups water
- 2 ½ tbsp fish sauce (patis)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Procedure:
- Saute garlic, onion and ginger in oil.
- Add chicken and saute until golden brown. Add 1 tbsp fish sauce, stir and let it simmer for 1minute.
- Add water and the rest of fish sauce then bring to boil.
- Add papaya/potatoes and chili/malunggay leaves.
- Cook until vegetables are cooked.
