Easy Chocolate Truffles

Yummy and very easy to make.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate Graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¾ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup nuts of your choice
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • colored spinkles

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine and mix crushed Graham crackers, cocoa powder and sugar.
  2. Stir in butter, milk, and nuts. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Form mixture into balls. Arrange on a jelly roll pan lined with non-stick baking paper. Refrigerate for about an hour to set.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a doule boiler. Stir constantly to prevent chocolate from burning. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and coat with colored sprinkles.

Easy Chocolate Cake

Chocolates always makes me ask for more. So here's a simple easy chocolate cake recipe to satisfy our craving.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 ¾ cups sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup alkalized cocoa powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ¾ cups warm water
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • Flour for dusting
  • Cocoa powder for garnish
  • Whipped Cream

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking pan and dust with flour. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Pour in warm water and coffee.
  5. Spoon batter into prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from pan. Let cool on wire rack.
  7. Serve with whipped cream dusted with cocoa powder.
