Ingredients:
- 1 can condensed milk
- 9 egg yolks
- ½ cup mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook in low heat. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick.
- Set aside and cool.
- Roll into small balls.
- Prepare the syrup: Mix all the ingredients is a saucepan. Bring to boil until syrup is caramel-color
- Dip yema balls into syrup then cool.
