Garlic Soup

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 heads of garlic, chopped
  • 1¼ cups onions,chopped
  • 1¼ cups potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • salt and pepper

Procedure:
  1. Heat butter in medium heat and cook garlic until golden brown.
  2. Add onions until soft. Then add potatoes, cook without browning them. Add milk and stock. Boil and simmer until potatoes are cooked. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
  3. Put soup in blender and pulse until creamy. Serve.
