- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 heads of garlic, chopped
- 1¼ cups onions,chopped
- 1¼ cups potatoes, diced
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups chicken stock
- salt and pepper
Procedure:
- Heat butter in medium heat and cook garlic until golden brown.
- Add onions until soft. Then add potatoes, cook without browning them. Add milk and stock. Boil and simmer until potatoes are cooked. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
- Put soup in blender and pulse until creamy. Serve.
