Baked Macaroni with Corned Beef


Ingredients:

  • 250g elbow macaroni, cooked
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup green peas
  • 1 260g can corned beef
  • 1 cup cheese spread
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated cheese

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a baking pan, combine pasta,onion, peas, corned beef. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a bowl mix together cheese spread and milk until smooth and well blended.
  4. Pour cheese spread and milk mixture over the pasta and mix thoroughly.
  5. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 30minutes. Serve hot.
